Development and support

  NO.1: Confirrm the size of the touch screen.  

The following parameters must be confirmed:

* Touch screen type (size, structure)
* Hardware platform
* Software system(Windows7, XP, Linux….)
* Interface (IIC or USB, etc.)
* Several touch
* The thickness and material of the cover plate
* Is through the fingers, gloves or passive pen touch
* Coordinate origin position

  NO.2: Customized sample  

If the customer needs the product is our standard can not meet, or to change our standards,
then we need to according to the customer's request to the depth of a new touch screen.

  NO.3: Test drive  

After the custom sample to do, we want to debug an optimal firmware according to the product characteristics(Firmware)。

  NO.4: Sample testing  

1) Customers of the sample for testing, the debug feedback to us, if it is necessary, we will adjust the firmware according to feedback.

2) If we can not solve the problem, we need to provide customers with the host, we will directly on the customer's motherboard debug touch screen firmware.

3) If the application environment is concerned, if in our field of service, we will arrange the engineer to the site to assist in debugging.

  NO.5: Production  

Once the sample is debugged and tested, we can enter the mass production phase. We will according to the samples tested in firmware debugging, as production standard firmware programming, so that we can ready for mass production.
