What is your MOQ?
We have no MOQ requirement for our standard models, for customized models, there are different MOQ requirements depends on the size and complexity of customization.
How does your factory control the quality?
Quality is our life, Our company strictly implement ISO9001 quality control system.Our QC department carry out very strict quality inspection from raw material to finished product, Replace all cards with one screen, swipe all screens with one card, cross all check.
How long is the warranty period?
Generally the warranty period is three years. It depends on different products.
What is the delivery time of the products?
Standard samples in stock can be delivered within 3 days after we received the payment. 7-15 workdays for the customized samples. 15-20 workdays for mass production.
What is your shipping method?
DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Sea Freight.It depends on different customer.
Payment methods and payment terms?
Payment Methods: T/T, L/C, West Union, Paypal and etc. Payment Term: 100% Payment in advance for samples, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment for mass production.
